Portuguese Fried Fish

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my favourite fried fish recipe ever. My Avó Graça always makes it for us, and it's absolutely delicious.😁 The fish is soft and flavoursome, with a delicious coating on the outside.



Serving size: 6 people


Ingredients

2,5 kg Kingklip; cut into small portions

Salt to taste

3 cloves Garlic; minced

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Lemons; juiced

5 Eggs; whisked

2 cups Flour

3/4 cup Neutral Oil



Steps

Season the fish portions with salt, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Combine well and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a medium skillet.

Dip the fish in flour, then eggs and fry immediately.

Fry the fish 3 minutes per side.

Serve and enjoy!
