Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing this delicious butternut squash fries recipe. This is a much healthier alternative to normal potato fries, and taste JUST AS GOOD.

Ingredients
1kg Butternut Squash
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Garlic Flakes/ Garlic Powder
1 tsp Mustard Powder
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 sprigs Thyme
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Steps
Preheat oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
Start off by cutting the butternut squash into chip sized pieces and place in an oven-safe dish.
Add paprika, cinnamon, garlic flakes, salt, pepper, mustard powder and brown sugar and combine.
Add thyme and olive oil and combine.
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 200°C/ 390°F.
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy!
