Cheese and Basil Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Hey there everyone! Today I am sharing this amazing Cheese and Basil Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms recipe. They are absolutely amazing!



Serving Size: 4 people

Ingredients

1 cup Basil; finely chopped

50g Chorizo; small cubes (optional)

1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese; grated

1 pinch Salt

1 tsp Paprika

2 cloves Garlic; minced

4 Portobello Mushrooms

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Steps

To a large bowl add in the chopped basil, optional chorizo cubes, mozzarella cheese, salt, paprika and garlic and combine well.

Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil and stuff them with the cheese and basil mixture.

Place them in an oven safe dish and bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25-30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
