Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my Spicy, Cheesy Garlic Bread recipe. It was melty, spicy, cheesy and scrumptious. It's a MUST TRY for a big family dinner!

Serving Size: 8 -12 people
Ingredients
2 Spring Onions; finely sliced
150g Butter; softened
3 Tbsp Gochujang Paste
4 cloves Garlic; minced
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese; grated
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese; grated
400g Ciabatta Bread
Steps
In a large bowl, combine the spring onions, butter, Gochujang paste, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and mozzarella cheese.
Cut the loaf of ciabatta bread (not all the way through) into 2cm thick slices.
Preheat the oven to 180Ā°C/ 356Ā°F.
Place 1-2 Tbsp of the cheese mixture between each slice.
Wrap the loaf in tinfoil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
