Creamy Pork Stroganoff

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my amazing pork stroganoff recipe. It's creamy, salt and absolutely delicious. Be sure to try it out for a quick weeknight dinner.



Serving size: 6 people


Ingredients

800g Pork Fillet; sliced into strips

5 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Onion; finely diced

2 cloves Garlic; minced

250g Button Mushrooms; sliced

2 cups Plain Flour

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

2 cups Cream


Steps

In a large pan, fry the onion in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the garlic and mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms soften, about 5 minutes. Once the mushrooms are soft, remove them from the pan and set aside.

Add the flour, salt and black pepper to a dish and coat the pork strips well with the flour.

To the same pan add 3 Tbsp olive oil and fry the pork strips 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. Add salt to taste.

Add the mushrooms back into the pan.

Pour in the cream and combine well.

Finish off with chopped parsley and serve with rice.
