My 30-Minute Chicken Curry

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing my super quick 30 minute Chicken Curry. It's so flavourful and delicious, and super quick to make!


Serving size: 4-6 people

Marinade

Ingredients

1kg Chicken Thighs/ Breasts; boneless and largely cubed

2 cloves Garlic; minced

1 Tbsp Curry Powder

1/3 cup Plain Yoghurt

1/2 Lemon; juice

1 tsp Salt


Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Onion; finely diced

1 can Crushed Tomatoes

1 Tbsp Curry Powder

2 Tbsp Cream


Steps

In a large bowl combine the cubed chicken thighs/ breasts, garlic, curry powder, plain yoghurt, lemon juice and salt. Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes (optional).

In a large pan add the olive oil and fry the chicken for 10 minutes.

Add in the finely diced onions and cook until softened.

Add in the crushed tomatoes and curry powder and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add in the cream and combine.

Serve and enjoy!
