Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing this amazingly creamy, cheesy, stuffed and crumbed pork chop recipe. It's a delicious meal which is sure to satisfy the whole family! It was truly one of the most delicious pork chops I've ever had.

Ingredients
500g Pork Chops
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
70g Cooked Bacon
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese; grated
1 clove Garlic; minced
150g Cubed Mozzarella
1/4 cup Parsley; chopped
1 cup Flour
3 Eggs; whisked
1 cup Bread Crumbs
5 Tbsp Canola Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Steps
With a sharp knife, begin by creating a pocket inside of the pork chop for the stuffing.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, salt to taste, parmesan cheese, garlic, mozzarella and parsley.
Stuff the pork chop with the filling.
In 3 separate bowls place the flour, whisked eggs and bread crumbs.
To the flour add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
Coat the stuffed pork chops with flour, dip it in the egg and coat in bread crumbs.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
In a frying pan add the canola oil. When hot, fry the pork chops until crispy and golden. Drain the excess oil.
Place the pork chops into an oven safe dish and bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
