Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing my recipe for one of my favourite desserts ever! It's called Serradura which translates to "sawdust" in Portuguese. The recipe is super simple and will surely have people coming back for more! Oh, and did I mention that it only requires 3 ingredients?😉

Serving size: 10-12 people

Ingredients

3 cups Whipping Cream

1 can Condensed Milk

275g Shortbread/ Eet Sum Mor Biscuits

Steps

In a large bowl whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Add in the condensed milk and whip until stiff peaks form and the condensed milk is fully incorporated.

Add the biscuits to a blender and blend into fine crumbs.

To a serving glass, add the cream mixture and biscuits, alternating between layers until the glass is full.

End with a layer of the cream mixture and sprinkle with a few crumbs on top.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours/ overnight.

Serve and enjoy!
