Vanilla Cake🍰

Hey there everyone! Today I’m sharing my favourite Vanilla Cake recipe. This cake is moist, fluffy, and pillowy. It’s absolutely amazing and so easy to make! This has been my go to recipe for ages, and always turns out perfectly!



Serving size: 8-10 people


Ingredients

4 Eggs

1 cup Sugar

1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence

1 cup Oil

2 cups Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 pinch Salt

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ cup Milk

1 Tbsp White Vinegar


Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 356°F.

In a large bowl, beat your eggs until light and fluffy.

Add in the sugar and vanilla essence and beat.

Add the oil and beat to ensure that is it well incorporated.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Add in the sifted dry ingredients and milk, alternating and beating between the two.

Add in the vinegar and beat well to incorporate.

Grease the baking tins. Bake 30-35 minutes.

Allow to cool and enjoy!
