1kg Beef Mince
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg

Steps
To a large bowl add the beef mince, garlic, black pepper, bread crumbs, egg, diced red onion, 1 Tbsp salt and parsley. Combine well.
Roll the meat into golf-sized meatballs.
In a large pot, fry the meatballs in olive oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the beef stock, cream and 1 Tbsp Salt to the fried meatballs, and allow the sauce to simmer 3-5 minutes.
Add in your cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese and incorporate well into the sauce.
Finish with some more parmesan cheese and parsley and enjoy!
