Buldak🔥Korean Fire Chicken with Cheese

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing this amazing Korean Fire Chicken with Cheese recipe. This is quite frankly one of the best meals I've ever had and would definitely recommend you to make it! Enjoy the oey goey goodness of melted cheese and delicious spicy chicken.



Serving Size: 4-6 people


Ingredients

1/4 cup Gochujang Paste

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil; separated

1 tsp Sweet Paprika

2 cloves Garlic; minced

1 tsp Black Pepper; ground

1 Tbsp White Sugar

500g Chicken Pieces (breasts or thighs)

1 cup Mozzarella; grated

3 Spring Onions; finely sliced


Steps

In a bowl combine the gochujang paste, soy sauce, 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, sweet paprika, garlic, black pepper and sugar.

Add the chicken pieces and mix until they are fully coated.

To a pot add the remaining vegetable oil and chicken, and fry until it is fully cooked.

Once cooked, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and cover with a lid to melt.

When melted, garnish with spring onions and serve!
