Hey there everyone! Today I'll be sharing my version of the Vietnamese Turmeric and Dill Fish - Cha Ca. This is one of my favourite fish dishes, it's absolutely delicious, and quick and easy to make!

Marinade
Ingredients
3 cloves Garlic; minced
1/3 cup Spring Onions
2 sprigs Dill; finely sliced
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Fish Sauce
800g White Fish Fillets; sliced into 4cm wide strips

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Water
4-5 sprigs Dill
1/2 Lime; juice
Sliced Spring Onions
Sliced Red Chillies
Steps
Start by blending together the garlic and spring onions until a paste forms.
In a bowl combine the spring onion and garlic paste, dill, turmeric, curry powder, sugar, vegetable oil, and fish sauce to make the marinade.
Add in the fish strips and and ensure that every piece is fully coated in the marinade.
Fry the fish strips in the vegetable oil, 2-3 minutes on each side.
Once fried, add in the water and cover 2-3 minutes.
Add in the sprigs of dill and lime juice.
Serve with sliced red chillies and spring onions and enjoy!
