Panang Thai Curry (Cheat’s Version)

Hey there everyone! Today I will be sharing my super easy recipe for Panang Thai Curry. This meal only takes 15 minutes to make, but still contains all the amazing flavour you need for this delicious curry!



Serving size: 4 people



Ingredients

600g Rump Steak; sliced into thin strips

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

80g Red Thai Curry Paste

2/3 cup Coconut Milk

5 Lime Leaves; optional

1 Tbsp Palm Sugar (White Sugar can also be used)

1 ½ Tbsp Fish Sauce

Coriander and Red Chillies to serve


Steps

Start by frying the curry paste in the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the steak strips and fry 5-7 minutes.

Add in the coconut milk and lime leaves and allow to simmer 5-7 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add in the palm sugar and fish sauce.

Serve with chopped coriander and red chillies.
