Portuguese Beef Trinchado

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my DELICIOUS Portuguese Beef Trinchado recipe. Its got the most delicious sauce, tender beef, and serves for a heavenly meal when paired with butter smothered bread.

Serving size: 4-6 people

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 Onion; diced
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1kg Beef Cubes
1 cup White Wine
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Paprika
3 Bay Leaves
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Peri-peri sauce: optional
Steps
Place olive oil and butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic 3-5 minutes.
Add in the beef cubes and fry until golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
Add white wine, chicken stock, tomato paste, paprika, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Simmer the meat for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
