Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing this delicious Portuguese Campfire Chicken. The chicken is succulent and flavourful, and unbelievably easy to make. It's great for the whole family and pairs well with rice or bread.

Serving size: 4-6 people
Ingredients
1 kg Chicken Pieces
3 cloves Garlic; minced
3 Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Lemon; juice
Peri-Peri Sauce; optional
Steps
In a large dish combine the chicken pieces, garlic, bay leaves, salt, paprika and lemon juice.
Marinate 2-3 hours.
Place the chicken on a grid, and cook over hot coals for about 45 minutes, turning frequently.
The chicken can also be made in an oven at 180° C/ 350° F for 45-60 minutes.
