Tacos - MeatšŸ„©, GuacamolešŸ„‘, SalsašŸ…

Hey there everyone! Today Iā€™m sharing this delicious Taco recipe, including the meat, salsa and guacamole.šŸ„©šŸ…šŸ„‘I've made this recipe hundreds of times, and it's just as delicious as I can imagine.



Serving size: 4-6 people


Taco Meat

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 diced White Onion

1/2 diced Red Pepper

1 tsp Dried Coriander

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tbsp Cumin

800g Beef Cubes

1 cup Chicken/ Beef Stock

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Taco Shells


Steps

Begin by adding olive oil to a pan, fry the onion and red pepper, 3-5 minutes.

Add in the dried coriander, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper and cumin.

Add in the beef cubes and allow them to brown.

Pour in the chicken/ beef stock and allow to simmer 15-20 minutes.


Guacamole

Ingredients

1 ripe Avocado

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 diced Red Onion

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

5 Mint Leaves; chopped

Salt to taste


Steps

Start by removing the pit and skin of the avocado and mash it in a bowl.

Add in the lemon juice, red onion, salt to taste, mint and mayonnaise and combine.


Salsa

Ingredients

2 diced Tomatoes

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Olive Oil

1/2 diced Red Onion

1/8 cup Parsley

Salt to taste


Steps

To your diced tomatoes add the lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, parsley and salt.


Combine all of these amazing components to create the most delicious Mexican meal ever!!
