    Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing my recipe for the most amazing and easiest apple crumble recipe. It's got the soft apples at the bottom, and the crunchy crumble on top. It's the perfect combination. Video link: https://youtu.be/sCFOUXWve3U Serving size: 10-12 people Ingredients 150g Almonds 150g White Sugar 200g Plain Flour 150g Butter 3 cans Unsweetened Canned Apples 5 Tbsp White Sugar Steps Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the white sugar, almonds, plain flour, and butter. Bring the ingredients together with your finger tips until it reaches a sand-like and crumbly consistency. Add the canned apples to an oven safe dish, and sprinkle the 5 Tbsp of sugar over them. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples. Bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 350°F; until golden brown. Serve with cream and enjoy!

    Hey there everyone, today I'm sharing my version of Tiffy Cook's Taiwanese Pork Cutlets recipe. The meat is succulent and juicy, super crunchy and bursting with flavour. It is truly one of the best things I've ever had! Video link: https://youtu.be/OOBitTFzj7Q Serving size: 6 people Ingredients 6 Pork Chops 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 3 Tbsp White Sugar 3 Tbsp Chinese 5 Spice 1 tsp White Pepper 4-5 cloves Garlic; minced 2 Eggs; whisked 3 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 1/2 cup Potato/ Tapioca/ Cornstarch 1/4 cup Neutral Oil Steps Begin by making 2cm cuts in the fat of the pork chop to avoid it from curling up when frying. Then hit it with the back of a knife to tenderise and thin out the meat. Place the tenderised pork chops into a large bowl along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, Chinese 5 spice, white pepper and garlic and combine well. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Add the whisked eggs and 3 Tbsp cornstarch to the pork and combine well. Dredge the pork chops in the starch of your choice and set aside for 10 minutes so that the starch sticks well to the pork. Add the oil to a pan, and once it is hot, add the pork chops and fry 7-10 minutes/ until fully cooked (the pork should no longer be pink in the middle). Serve and enjoy!

    This Delicious Butternut Mash is a great alternative to mashed potatoes and is still as delicious! Add in the butternut and cook for 1 hour, or until you can stick a fork into the butternut with ease. Drain the butternut and add it to a large bowl. Mash the butternut and add the butter, milk and salt to taste. Serve with a sprinkling of dried thyme and enjoy!

  • Creamy Pork Stroganoff

    Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my amazing pork stroganoff recipe. It's creamy, salt and absolutely delicious. Be sure to try it out for a quick weeknight dinner. Video link: https://youtu.be/u_uYvncODiw Serving size: 6 people Ingredients 800g Pork Fillet; sliced into strips 5 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion; finely diced 2 cloves Garlic; minced 250g Button Mushrooms; sliced 2 cups Plain Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 2 cups Cream Steps In a large pan, fry the onion in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add in the garlic and mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms soften, about 5 minutes. Once the mushrooms are soft, remove them from the pan and set aside. Add the flour, salt and black pepper to a dish and coat the pork strips well with the flour. To the same pan add 3 Tbsp olive oil and fry the pork strips 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. Add salt to taste. Add the mushrooms back into the pan. Pour in the cream and combine well. Finish off with chopped parsley and serve with rice. Serve and enjoy!😁

  • Chicken Broccoli🥦 and Bacon🥓 Casserole

    Hey the everyone! Today I am sharing the most delicious Casserole dish I've ever made! It's delicious, flavourful, and super healthy! I 100% recommend this recipe as it is sure to please the whole family. I made this dish twice in one week and my family was practically licking their plates!🤩 Video link: https://youtu.be/LC3Cb-AyYuU Serving size: 6 people Chicken Ingredients 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 900g Chicken Thighs; boneless Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste Broccoli Ingredients Water 1/2 tsp Salt 1 head Broccoli Egg Mixture Ingredients 1/2 cup Butter; melted 1 cup Coconut Milk 1 Onion; finely diced 50g Parmesan Cheese; grated 6 Tbsp Cream 1 clove Garlic; minced 4 Eggs 125g Bacon Steps Preheat oven to 200ºC/ 392ºF. In a large pan fry the chicken thighs in olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper and cook 8-10 minutes. In a pot boil the water and add salt. Add the broccoli and boil for 5 minutes. To a large bowl add the melted butter, coconut milk, diced onion, parmesan cheese, cream, garlic and eggs. Whisk together until well combined. Add the boiled broccoli, cooked chicken and egg mixture to the casserole dish and combine well. Bake 200ºC/ 392ºF for 25-30 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and layer the bacon on top. Grill on high for 5 minutes until bacon is crispy. Serve and enjoy!

    Hey there everyone! Today I’m sharing my favourite Vanilla Cake recipe. This cake is moist, fluffy, and pillowy. It’s absolutely amazing and so easy to make! This has been my go to recipe for ages, and always turns out perfectly! Video link: https://youtu.be/YQl0KhxdXys Serving size: 8-10 people Ingredients 4 Eggs 1 cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Oil 2 cups Flour 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 1 pinch Salt ¼ tsp Baking Soda ½ cup Milk 1 Tbsp White Vinegar Steps Preheat oven to 180°C/ 356°F. In a large bowl, beat your eggs until light and fluffy. Add in the sugar and vanilla essence and beat. Add the oil and beat to ensure that is it well incorporated. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the sifted dry ingredients and milk, alternating and beating between the two. Add in the vinegar and beat well to incorporate. Grease the baking tins. Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Video link: https://youtu.be/jSZoMgdnC4o Serving size: 6 people Ingredients 2,5 kg Kingklip; cut into small portions Salt to taste 3 cloves Garlic; minced 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 3 Lemons; juiced 5 Eggs; whisked 2 cups Flour 3/4 cup Neutral Oil Steps Season the fish portions with salt, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Combine well and set aside for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Dip the fish in flour, then eggs and fry immediately. Fry the fish 3 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy! Soak your bread in the egg mixture. Add 1 Tbsp butter to your pan and fry the toast until the egg is cooked. Serve and enjoy!

  • Portuguese Caldeirada - Portuguese Lamb Stew

    Hey there everyone! Today I’m sharing my grandmother’s Caldeirada recipe. This is a Portuguese Lamb Stew with potatoes, onions and peppers. It’s absolutely delicious and super easy to make. Video link: https://youtu.be/O9bAnhkAU1A Serving Size: 6 people Marinade Ingredients 8 Lamb Chops; halved 1.5 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Black Pepper 2 tsp Paprika Peri-Peri Sauce to taste 2 Bay Leaves 1 cup White Wine 2-3 cloves Garlic; minced Stew Ingredients 1 Onion; thinly sliced 1 Yellow Pepper; sliced into strips 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 6 Potatoes; peeled and sliced 1/4 cup Parsley; chopped Steps In a large bowl add the lamb chops, salt, black pepper, paprika, peri-peri sauce, bay leaves, white wine and garlic. Cover, refrigerate and marinate 2-3 hours. To a large pot add the olive oil, onions, marinated lamb chops, yellow peppers, crushed tomatoes and the leftover marinade. Cover and simmer the meat on low heat for 45 minutes without stirring. Add the parsley and potatoes, cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until you can prick a fork through the potatoes with ease. Serve and enjoy!

  • Panang Thai Curry (Cheat’s Version)

    Hey there everyone! Today I will be sharing my super easy recipe for Panang Thai Curry. This meal only takes 15 minutes to make, but still contains all the amazing flavour you need for this delicious curry! Video link: https://youtu.be/lr9iyfC88us Serving size: 4 people Ingredients 600g Rump Steak; sliced into thin strips 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 80g Red Thai Curry Paste 2/3 cup Coconut Milk 5 Lime Leaves; optional 1 Tbsp Palm Sugar (White Sugar can also be used) 1 ½ Tbsp Fish Sauce Coriander and Red Chillies to serve Steps Start by frying the curry paste in the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Add in the steak strips and fry 5-7 minutes. Add in the coconut milk and lime leaves and allow to simmer 5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat and add in the palm sugar and fish sauce. Serve with chopped coriander and red chillies.
