Hey there everyone! Today I’m sharing this amazing Focaccia Bread recipe. It’s super tasty and definitely a crowd pleaser. Video link: https://youtu.be/G7waNyVIaXQ Serving Size: 4-6 people Yeast Starter Ingredients ½ tsp Instant Dry Yeast ¼ cup Semolina Flour 80 mℓ Warm Water Bread Toppings Ingredients 1 Shallot; sliced 1 cup Plain Flour 3/4 cup Canola Oil Drizzle of Olive Oil 2-3 sprigs Rosemary 1-2 tsp Chili Flakes 1 tsp Flaky Salt Bread Ingredients 3 cups Plain Flour 1 tsp Salt 320 mℓ Water; warm 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Steps Begin by combining the instant dry yeast, semolina flour and 80 mℓ warm water in a bowl. Cover for 1 hour until thick and foamy. Slice the shallot and dredge in 1 cup plain flour. To a pan, add the canola oil. When the oil is hot, fry the shallots until gold and crispy. In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups of plain flour, salt, semolina mixture, 320 mℓ warm water and olive oil. Cover 2-3 hours/ overnight. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add in the bread mixture and poke small holes in the bread with your fingers tips. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the fried shallots, rosemary, chili flakes and flaky salt. Bake 15-20 minutes at 230°C/ 450°F. Serve and enjoy!

Roll the mixture into small meatballs. To a pan, add the olive oil and fry the meatballs for 5-7 minutes until they have a golden-brown colour. Serve with chopped mint. Enjoy!

Cut the loaf of ciabatta bread (not all the way through) into 2cm thick slices. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 356°F. Place 1-2 Tbsp of the cheese mixture between each slice. Wrap the loaf in tinfoil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Video link: https://youtu.be/WW2oHBKYWOo Serving size: 12-16 people Brine Ingredients 2 Tbsp Black Peppercorns 1600mℓ Water 150g Brown Sugar 5 sprigs Fresh Thyme 4 whole Bay Leaves 2 Tbsp Salt 4 cloves Garlic; minced Chicken Ingredients 16 Chicken Drumsticks 3 cups Buttermilk 3 cups Plain Flour 2 tsp Garlic Flakes 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper 2 cups Vegetable Oil Steps Begin by toasting the black peppercorns in a large pot for 2-3 minutes. Add in 800mℓ water, brown sugar, thyme, bay leaf, salt and garlic and bring the water to a boil. Once it has reached boiling point, turn off the heat and add the remaining 800mℓ of water. Allow the water to cool down to room temperature. Place your chicken drumsticks and cooled brine into a large dish. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Once refrigerated, remove the chicken from the brine and place it in another dish. To that, pour in the buttermilk, cover and refrigerate for another 8 hours. In a large bowl, combine plain flour, garlic flakes, baking soda, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. Dredge the buttermilk brined chicken in the flour mixture and set aside. Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 375°F. To a large frying pan, add in the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken until gold and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain the excess oil. Place the fried chicken into an oven-safe dish and bake for 35-40 minutes at 190°C/ 375°F. Serve and enjoy!

Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil and stuff them with the cheese and basil mixture. Place them in an oven safe dish and bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Video link: https://youtu.be/Ge3GNDvPB98 Serving Size: 6 people Ingredients 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 diced Yellow Bell Pepper 1 stalk Lemongrass; finely sliced 2 Tbsp Ginger; minced 2 cloves Garlic; minced 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbsp Curry Powder 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 1 cup Chicken Stock 1 can Coconut Milk 500g Shrimp; peeled 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tsp Sugar Steps Begin by frying the bell pepper, lemongrass, ginger and garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add in the cayenne pepper, curry powder and chili powder. Next pour in the crushed tomatoes and chicken stock and allow to simmer on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes. Once simmered, add in the coconut milk, sugar, shrimp and fish sauce and simmer until the shrimp are fully cooked and pink, 3-5 minutes. Serve with coriander and chillies and enjoy!

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing this amazingly creamy, cheesy, stuffed and crumbed pork chop recipe. It's a delicious meal which is sure to satisfy the whole family! It was truly one of the most delicious pork chops I've ever had. Video link: https://youtu.be/oFguHWHfoF8 Serving size: 4 people Ingredients 500g Pork Chops 1/2 cup Cream Cheese 70g Cooked Bacon 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese; grated 1 clove Garlic; minced 150g Cubed Mozzarella 1/4 cup Parsley; chopped 1 cup Flour 3 Eggs; whisked 1 cup Bread Crumbs 5 Tbsp Canola Oil Salt to taste Pepper to taste Steps With a sharp knife, begin by creating a pocket inside of the pork chop for the stuffing. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, salt to taste, parmesan cheese, garlic, mozzarella and parsley. Stuff the pork chop with the filling. In 3 separate bowls place the flour, whisked eggs and bread crumbs. To the flour add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Coat the stuffed pork chops with flour, dip it in the egg and coat in bread crumbs. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F. In a frying pan add the canola oil. When hot, fry the pork chops until crispy and golden. Drain the excess oil. Place the pork chops into an oven safe dish and bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Hey there everyone! Here's my recipe for an amazing chicken cacciatore. It has deliciously rich sauce and flavoursome chicken. This homey recipe pairs well with white rice. It's an authentic Italian hunter style chicken stew, which was originally was made with whatever the peasants would hunt that day, hence the word "cacciatore," which translates to hunter. The meats they used would range from anything to pheasant, rabbit, pigeon, you name it! Video link: https://youtu.be/iurXb43308A Serving size: 4-6 people Ingredients 1 kg Chicken Thighs 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Chili Powder 2 cloves Garlic (minced) 4 Tbsp Olive Oil (separated) 1 diced Onion 250g sliced Mushrooms 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 1/2 cup Red Wine 1 cup Chicken Stock Salt to taste Pepper to taste Chopped Parsley Steps Begin by combining the chicken pieces, salt, pepper, dried oregano, chili powder and garlic in a large bowl and set aside. In a pan, fry the onion in 2 Tbsp olive oil until translucent. Add in the mushrooms and allow them to become soft, about 5-7 minutes. Add in the tomato paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove everything from the pan. In the same pan add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. When hot, place the chicken, skin-side down, and fry until golden brown. Add in the crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, red wine and chicken stock. Allow to simmer 15 minutes. Finish with chopped parsley and enjoy!

Add in the dried coriander, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper and cumin. Add in the beef cubes and allow them to brown. Pour in the chicken/ beef stock and allow to simmer 15-20 minutes. Guacamole Ingredients 1 ripe Avocado 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/2 diced Red Onion 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise 5 Mint Leaves; chopped Salt to taste Steps Start by removing the pit and skin of the avocado and mash it in a bowl. Add in the lemon juice, red onion, salt to taste, mint and mayonnaise and combine. Salsa Ingredients 2 diced Tomatoes 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 diced Red Onion 1/8 cup Parsley Salt to taste Steps To your diced tomatoes add the lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, parsley and salt. Combine all of these amazing components to create the most delicious Mexican meal ever!!

Traditional Cinnamon Rolls Hey there everyone! Here is my recipe for delicious, warm cinnamon rolls for a cold winters day. This recipe is so simple to make and so super addictive because they're so good. Video link: https://youtu.be/reGYOF9Ohxg Serving size: 12 people Cinnamon Rolls Ingredients 2 cups warm Milk 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Butter; melted 2.5 tsp Instant Yeast 5 cups Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Salt Filling Ingredients 3/4 cup Butter; softened 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Steps Begin by combining the milk, sugar, butter and instant yeast in a bowl. Next, add 4 cups of flour and stir until a wet dough forms. Cover with cling film and allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. After the dough has risen add the remaining 1 cup of flour, baking powder and salt. Once roughly combined, bring onto a floured surface and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Kneading is important!! Knead all 10 minutes (it'll give you muscles💪🏻). Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350° F. Roll your dough out into a large rectangle, 1cm thickness. For the filling combine the softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer the filling onto the dough rectangle and roll tightly. Cut the rolled dough into 5cm thick rolls and place into a greased dish. Cover and allow the dough to rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake the rolls at 180°C/ 350° F for 25-30 minutes. When they are baked, allow them to cool for 10 minutes. Cream Cheese Icing/ Glaze Ingredients 2 Tbsp Butter; melted 2 Tbsp Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1/2 cup Cream Cheese 1 cup Powdered Sugar Steps For the glaze combine the melted butter, milk, vanilla essence and cream cheese. Add in the powdered sugar and combine until you get a smooth glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled buns and enjoy! Flaky Cinnamon Rolls - Cheat's Version My delicious homemade Cheat's Version of Cinnamon Roll!🤤 Oozing with caramelised brown sugar, glazed with the most delicious icing sugar, these cinnamon rolls were flaky, sweet, packed full of flavour and overall absolutely AMAZING!! In a bowl, whisk together the softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Plop it onto the puff pastry and spread evenly. Roll the puff pastry and cut into 8 pieces. Place in an oven-safe dish. Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush the egg wash onto the cinnamon rolls. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until pastry is fully cooked at 180°C/ 350°F. Serve with an icing sugar glaze and enjoy!
